Research on the Grignard-like Reaction of Aromatic Aldehydes

摘要 格氏反应是一类常见的增长碳链的反应,它的应用范围相当广泛。但由于其反应需在严格无水,有时还必须要求低温、无氧条件下进行。类格氏反应是用锌代替镁,在水体系中进行的增长碳链的反应。利用类格氏反应,用活泼的烯丙基卤与不同芳香醛反应,制备了系列不饱和芳香醇。实验证明类格氏反应具有反应条件温和、操作方便、收率高等优点。 Grignard reaction was a common reaction of carburetion,and its application is universality.Butits reaction conditions must be anhydrous,and anaerobic,low temperature sometimes.The Grignard-like reaction was that used the reagent replaced magnesium with zincum in water.We synthesized benzoic alcohol and its derivative by the Grignard-like reaction.The experiment show: the reaction was mild condition,the operation was handy,yield was supernal.
