摘要
社会发展对人才的需求是多层次、多规格的。教育是培养人的社会实践活动。以学生发展为本的科学教育质量观,其主旨是培养学生适应社会、服务社会,其基本要义是面向全体学生,促进学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,为学生的一生发展和幸福奠定基础。这对于实现新时期人才培养目标具有特别重要的意义。
Social development has multi - dimensional demands for the personnel. Education is a social activity for students＇ development. The ultimate goal of student - based scientific educaton quality outlook is to help students adapt to the social life and serve the society. Its key is to foster the development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and mannual qualities for all the students, thus laying the foundation for their further development and welfare, which is of vital significance for achieving the goal of personnel training in the new era.
