摘要
当前对于中国职业教育发展滞后原因的分析不够深刻,只简单归咎于传统"贱视职业教育"观念的影响。但从社会学视野和方法论角度来分析传统"贱视职业教育"观念与职业教育的关系,并引入社会体系概念和因径分析来寻找与阐述影响职业教育发展的动因,可以发现:(1)政府有关政策才是影响职业教育发展的主要动因;(2)"贱视职业教育"是一个以"现实生活"为基础、易于验证的传统观念,一旦"现实生活"有所改变,"贱视职业教育"这个传统观念也会随之改变。
Existing studies on the relationship between the underdevelopment of vocational education and related traditional value orientation in China seem to be inadequate and superficial. They have simply formulated that the tradition of stubborn prejudices against vocational education is the main cause of the underdevelopment of vocational education in China. However, from the vision of sociological and methodological analyses, and with the help of the tools of system concept and path analysis, they have found that: ( 1 ) Government policies, not traditional biased value orientation, are closely related to the development of vocational education in China, measured in terms of "yearly student recruitment"; and (2) the so-called traditional biased value orientation against vocational education just reflects the pros and cons of daily experiences, and it can easily be suppressed or altered as we experience phenomenon in our daily lives.
