摘要
《大公报》人才辈出,负责报纸经营管理工作的胡政之贡献良多。胡政之认为,突出的个人能力、新闻的职业操守观和对新闻业的热爱,是新闻从业者成才的基本条件。在具体的人才养成实践中,胡政之积极探索了不拘一格遴选人才、放任和信任人才、制度管理和人性化执行等做法,成效显著。基于新闻理念和竞争的需要,胡政之对左派人士也比较重用与宽容。
" Ta Kung Pao" was filled with talents. Hu Zhengzhi who was responsible of newspaper' s operation and management had made great contributions. Hu thought that the capacity of outstanding individuals,the concept of journalism ethics, and the love of journalism were the basic conditions for a successful journalist. In the specific practice of personnel training, Hu actively explored the kinds of methods to electable people,indulging and trusting professionals, using system management and implementation of human and so on. He had achieved remarkable resuits. Due to the need of journalism' s idea and competition, Hu was also tolerant to leftists.
