摘要
实验在10g固定床反应器中考察了兖州高硫煤与5%聚乙烯(PE)混合分别在焦炉煤气(COG),H2和N2气氛下共热解产物收率及硫、氮分布。结果表明,与原煤热解结果相比,添加5%PE后兖州烟煤在焦炉气气氛下共热解中净煤热解焦油(扣除PE自身热解产油量)增加5.7%,水分降低1.8%,增加的焦油量与降低的水分分别占原煤热解焦油及水分产量的23.2%和17.3%;在H2气氛下热解焦油收率略有降低,半焦和水分与原煤热解相当;在N2气氛下热解焦油收率增加2.5%,水分降低1.3%.添加废塑料后此三种气氛下热解所得单位半焦及焦油中的硫、氮相对含量均有不同程度的降低,但其脱硫脱氮效果并不明显。煤-废塑料在热解中具有协同作用,影响热解产物收率及相对含量。
Copyrolysis of Yanzhou coal and polyethylene (PE) under coke oven gas (COG),hydrogen and nitrogen were carried out in a 10g fixed bed reactor under the pressure of 3MPa and heating rate of 10℃/min up to 650℃ and the contents of sulfur and nitrogen in char and oil were determined.The results indicated that adding 5% PE in copyrolysis of Yanzhou coal with COG,the oil yield increased 5 7% more than that of non PE,and the water decreased about 1 8% (excluding the products of PE).The yields of increased oil and decreased water accounted for 23 2% and 17 3% of coal pyrolysis without PE,respectively.In copyrolysis of Yanzhou coal with 5% PE under nitrogen,oil yield increased and water decreased 2 5%,and water decreased 1 3%.However,the oil yield decreased and water increased in hydropyrolysis of Yanzhou coal with 5% PE comparing with that of non PE.The contents of sulfur and nitrogen in char and oil from copyrolysis of Yanzhou coal with 5% PE under the three reaction gases weakly decreased,and there was not remarkable roles of desulfurization and denitrogenation in copyrolysis of coal by adding waste plastics.There is a synergistic action between coal and waste plastics during copyrolysis under the three reaction gases.
