摘要
根据国内煤焦油沥青产量和存在的现实问题，介绍了由鞍山焦化耐火材料设计研究院（ＡＣＲＥ）开发并投产的近十套工业装置的改质沥青工艺技术。通过对沥青热聚合改质机理的论述，证明了ＡＣＲＥ工艺的合理性和技术的可靠性。并同国内外典型改质沥青工艺特点进行了比较，认为ＡＣＲＥ改质沥青工艺具有重要实用价值。
In view of domestic coal tar based pitch and actual existing problems,describes the modified pitch process and technique in about ten commercial units which were developed by ACRE,constructed and commissioned in China recently.By means of discussing the modified mechanism for pitch with thermo polymerization method,the rationality and technical reliability of ACRE′s process have been proved.Through the comparison among typical modified pitch production processes and features both at home and abroad,the value and position of ACRE′s modified pitch process have been established.
