摘要
介绍一种新型回转式制冷压缩机,其是结合滚动转子式制冷压缩机和涡旋式制冷压缩机的特点,组合部分制冷压缩机的优点而设计的。所设计的新型制冷压缩机具有零部件少、制造简单、效率高、噪音小、运行平稳、适用功率范围广的特点。目前该制冷压缩机的开发还处于初级阶段,但对于开发有自主知识产权的新型压缩机产品,对于我国压缩机制造水平的提高、压缩机制造企业及制冷空调行业的发展有着重要的意义。
A new kind of self- designed gear transmission compressor is designed according tO the characters of the rolling piston compressor and scroll compressor as well as the merits of some kinds of refrigeration compressors. The new kind of refrige- ration compressor illustrated in this paper has some advantages such as simply manufacture, high efficiency, low noise and steady run. The compressor is applicable for wide rage of power and many kinds of refrigerant. At present, this kind of refrigeration compressor is still in the initial stage of development. It has a important significance for the investigation of new type of own intel- lectual property rights compressor, the improvement of manufacture level, the development of compressor companies and the de- velopment of refrigeration air - conditioning industry.
