摘要
通过对壳体组件的工艺分析,介绍了该壳体组件注射模的整体结构及设计要点,研究了模具定位、注射成型、顶出等的过程。分析了定位机构的结构特点,提出了一种较为独特的集进料、定位、顶出于一体的模具结构。实现了组件的顺利成型,解决了浇口不易设置、壳体定位困难、塑件难以成型等问题。
Analyzed the shell module's molding process, introduced the mold's structure and essential, investigated the molding process of location, injection and ejection. Analyzed the orientation's structure, it advanced the especially mold structure assembling irrigation and orientation and ejection. It achieved successful molding and resolved the difficulty of setting gate and shell location and molding difficult.
