摘要
目的：考察我国青霉素口服制剂免做皮试的安全性。方法：所有患者在医护人员督导下免做皮试口服青霉素Ｖ。结果：１００４５例患者中出现不良反应与药物有关者２３４例（２．３３％），很可能有关者５３例（０．５３％），不良反应发生率为２．８６％（２８７例）。结论：在服药前详细询问过敏史的前提下。
OBJECTIVE:The safety of oral penicillin V were test in Chinese without skin test.METHODS:Patients were treated with oral penicillin V without prior skin test under careful supervision.RESULTS:A total ADRs rate of 2.86% was obtained.CONCLUSION:Essentialy it is safe to receive oral penicillin V without prior skin test if the patient without allergic history.
