摘要
根据自动发电控制(AGC)和一次调频的应用情况,分析了目前葛洲坝水力发电厂AGC及机组一次调频控制模式潜在的配合缺陷,这些配合缺陷限制了其调控效果。提出了利用AGC延迟控制的方法改进AGC与一次调频配合的原则,通过试验和实际运行,取得了良好的效果。
According to the application of the automatic generation control (AGC) and primary frequency modulation, this paper analyzes the latent coordinate flaw of the present Gezhouba hydropower plant AGC and primary frequency modulation control pattern. Such coordinate flaws limit the effect of he regulation and control of the AGC and primary frequency modulation. The use of AGC delay control methods are proposed to improve the coordination of AGC with the primary frequency modulation. Testing and actual operation show that the results are satisfactory.
