摘要
产品平台是大批量定制企业为客户提供多样化产品与减少内部多样化矛盾的重要产品开发策略。在产品零部件实例库基础上,以复杂网络理论和方法为工具,构建复杂产品模块关系网络,运用简单路径的搜索算法,对各个模块重用数和模块实例零部件数等参数进行统计。提出产品平台模块通用性评价方法。实例研究中,用某企业工业汽轮机产品族进行验证,最后对通用模块进行分析。
The product platform is a powerful product development strategy for mass customization manufacturers to provide their customers with diversified products and reduce the internal diversification. The network of module relations of complex products is constructed on the basis of the case library of parts with the theory and method of complex network. The parameters, e.g. re - use number and number of parts of each module, are calculated with the aid of simple path search algorithms and the universality evaluation method of modules of product platform is put forward. A product family of industrial steam turbines is verified with this method in the case research and some universal modules are analyzed.
