摘要
应用复杂适应系统理论和耗散理论研究了信息产业演化的非线性动力机制。信息产业演化由内在动力和外在作用力共同作用。竞争和协同的相互转化推动信息产业系统演化,完善信息产业内部的竞争与协同机制是保证系统自组织演化顺利进行的关键。外在作用力促使信息产业系统从混乱无序状态转变为一种在时间、空间或功能上的有序状态,使信息产业系统稳步发展。基于CAS理论研究信息产业演化的动力机制,避免以前数学模型中被忽略的学习和积累等过程的作用。
The nonlinear dynamical mechanism of Information Industrial is studied which is based on both CAS and self-organizing theory in this paper. The Information Industry＇s evolving is affected by inner forces and outer forces. The translation of eompetition and cooperation promote information industry＇s evolving. The key of information industry self-organizing evolvement is that the mechanism of competition and cooperation is perfected. The outer forces make information industry translate from confusion and disorder state to order state in time , space or function aspect, it can advance information industry system development in steady steps. It avoided the neglected action of studying and accumulating in the mathematics model that information industry dynamical mechanism is studied based on CAS theory.
