摘要
在调查研究的基础上,着重研究了引进设备装置软硬件的计价方法,对当前尚未明确的进口装置技术软件的各项取费的基数及计算公式进行了确认,对国外运输费、国外运输保险费、关税等从属费用的计取进行了系统化.并辅以实例加以分析说明,对引进项目的工程预算有一定的指导意义.
methods o importing Based on the investigation and research, the thesis put emphasis on the research of the pricing f importing hardware and software devices, to confirm the base and calculation formulas of devices software technology which is not definite now, and to standardize the overseas transport charges, overseas transportation insurance, tariff and some subpodinate charges. It also supplied some examples to analyze and explain, and had great significance to direct the construction budget of introducing project.
