摘要
"文化自觉"是我国著名社会学家费孝通先生提出的。文化自觉在宁夏南部山区表现得尤为突出,也给农村文化服务和管理创新提出了更高要求。党和政府应借势而为,积极推进贫困地区农村文化服务和管理创新。
＇Cultural consciousness＇, proposed by Mr. Feixiaotong who is China＇s famous socialist, is more significant in Ningxia＇s southern mountain areas, putting forward higher requirement for rural culture service and administrative innovation. The Party and government should positively promote them in poor areas under such the circumstance.
