摘要
目的为了全面了解和掌握高校女子篮球运动员大强度运动训练后身体机能状况及营养干预对其免疫机能影响的结果。方法对参加2009年CUBS大赛的高校女子篮球运动员进行实验测试,通过黄芪水煎服两周,观察其部分免疫指标的变化特征,并就其试验结果进行分析。结果①经过两周的大强度训练后,12名运动员均出现不同程度的免疫机能低下的特征,尤其是对照组在大强度训练4周后身体机能进一步低下。②通过营养干预的方法,服用两周黄芪中药后,实验组6名队员身体免疫机能得到有效改善。结论大强度训练使女篮队员身体免疫机能出现大幅度滑坡,与此同时,服用两周黄芪中药能有效改善大强度训练对人体免疫系统的刺激作用。
Aim To understand and grasp the body function of the university women＇s basketball athletes after high-intensity physical exercise training and nutritional intervention in the situation of its impact on the result of immunodeficiency. Methods A test was made for women＇s basketball players of CUBS contest in 2009 to observe the changes of the characteristics of immune parameters and summarize the results of inspection mechanisms through the use of astragalus in two weeks. Results First, After two weeks of high-intensity training, 12 women＇s basketball athletes show different degrees of characteristics of the lower immunodeficiency. Especially, The body function of the control group is much lower after the high-intensity physical training in four weeks. Second, Six members of the body＇s immune function from the experimental group is effectively improved, through nutritional intervention methods, using traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus in two weeks. Conclusion The body＇s immune function of women＇s basketball athletes appear substantial decline after the high-intensity training, at the same time ,Astragalus that we use in two weeks can effective improve the body＇s immune system stimulation of the high-intensity training.
