摘要
目的制备维生素B2胃滞留缓释片,并考察其体外漂浮性及累积溶出度。方法采用正交设计法,以聚氧乙烯-750、聚乙二醇-6000为主要缓释漂浮材料,以体外漂浮性和累积溶出度为指标优选处方工艺,并与市售普通片的累积溶出度进行比较。结果最佳处方工艺为A2B3C2,漂浮12h以上,保持缓慢释药达12 h,而市售普通B2片1h内释药90%以上。结论该片剂的漂浮和缓释效果明显,工艺简单易行。
Obiective To make gastric flotating sustained-release tablets of VitaminB2 and study its release rate and flotating performance in vitro.Methods By the method of orthogonal design,with polyoxyethylene -750,PEG -6000 to evahlate the prescription process by the flotating sustained-release and compare the release rate with the general tablets.Reaulta The best prescription technology was the A2B3C2, the drug release and floating was sustained for 12h,and the universal tablets release 90% only within lb. Conclusions The flotating and sustained release effect of the tablets was attainable.And the prescription technology is simple.
