摘要
矿井提升机载荷监测系统由下位机采集、无线传输装置、上位机处理三部分组成。其精度主要取决于下位机中A/D转换位数、传感器、振动信号的采集方法。A/D转换选用AD574芯片,最大不稳定因素是传感器,由此着重介绍了优选传感器的方法。用压力试验机对其加载,根据最小二乘原理,利用Excel工具对实验数据线性回归,得到各传感器输入—输出数学模型。选出线性度最好的传感器,并对其做显著性检验,确定所选传感器性能最好。
The load monitoring and measuring system of the mine hoist was consisted with the data acquisition and wireless transmission devices of the down post computer and the up post computer process. The accuracy is mainly depending on the A/D converter bit of the down computer, sensor and vibration signal data acquisition method. The AD574 chip was adopted for the A/D conversion. The max unstable factor was the sensor and thus the paper in - detail introduced the optimized method of the sensor. The load was added with a pressure tester. According to the min 2 times principle, the excel was applied to the linear regression of the test data. A input and output mathematical model of each sensor was obtained. The sensor with best linear was selected and the significance test was conducted to set the best performance of the sensor.
