摘要
研究了国内外本科生导师制的典型模式,分析了教学型本科院校的地位和性质,提出了一种以导师群为核心,对部分学生进行思想道德、专业知识、科学研究分阶段指导,旨在进一步提高教育质量的导师制模式。围绕该模式,开展了四届本科生小样本量的试验性研究,实践表明,所提出的导师制模式是可行的、其成效也是显著的。为更好发挥该模式在提高教育质量中的作用,给出了该模式施行的几条粗浅建议。
Several typical models of tutorial--system for undergraduate students have been investigated at home and abroad. Moreover the status and nature of undergraduate institutions have been analyzed. On the basis of these, a tutorial--system model which has tutor group as the core, for some students who should be guided with the correct ideological and good moral, professional knowledge, scientific research methods according to phases in four years, and which aims at further improving the quality of education, has been put forward. Next the model, by a small sample size from four grades' undergraduate students, has also been researched, and the practice results show that not only the proposed model is feasible, but also its effectiveness is significant. In order to play the better role of the model in improving the quality of education, a few superficial recommenda- tions have been given finally.
