摘要
为保持产品贮存系统可靠性,本文基于指数分布建立了由m个子系统组成的产品贮存系统的周期检测贮存可靠性模型,并依据周期检测数据给出了检修前产品贮存系统的可靠度及模型的参数估计.
In order to maintain the reliability of storage system products, this article basing on the exponential disteibution established a periodic inspection model of storage reliability, for product storage system which composed by m sub-systems. According to the periodic inspection data, given the reliability of this storage system before product overhauling, together with this model's Parameter estimation.
