摘要
目的:分析SandersⅣ型跟骨骨折一期采用撬拨术的疗效。方法:回顾因各种原因一期采用撬拨术治疗的SandersⅣ型跟骨骨折9例共10个跟骨,随访24～99个月,用美国足与踝关节协会踝与后足评分标准评价术后功能。结果:评分:53～100分,平均77.5分,7例术后出现距下关节创伤性关节炎表现,1例二期行距下关节融合。结论:SandersⅣ型跟骨关节内骨折应首选切开复位,对因各种原因不允许切开手术者可一期采用撬拨术治疗。
Objective： To analyse the curative effect of sledging in SandersⅣ style calcaneal fracture as initial treatment. Methods： 9 cases, 10 Sanders Ⅳ style calcaneal fractures were treated with sledging as initial treatment and were followed for 24-99 months. The postoperative results were evaluated with AOFAS （American Orthopeadie Foot and Ankle Society）. Results： The scores were varied between 53 and 100 with average 77.5. Traumatic arthritis showed up in 7 cases and one case was performed with fusion of subtalar joint delayed stage. Conclusion： Open reduction should be the first choice to treated the patients with Sanders Ⅳ style calcaneal fractures. Sledging can be performed in initial stage for the patients with contraindications of open operation due to various reasons.
