摘要 为从材料拉伸实验的位移-载荷图得到真应力-真应变曲线,开发只需输入拉伸机的位移、载荷、试样原始半径、伸长率、断面收缩率、标距等参数,即可得出材料高温拉伸状态下的真应力-真应变曲线的软件.结果表明,该软件能够准确得到材料高温拉伸状态的真应力-真应变曲线,克服实验条件为高温下引伸计不能添加的问题,建立部分金属材料的真应力-真应变曲线数据库.工程技术人员可以用该软件(TTCAS)分析材料在高温状态下的拉伸力学性能. In order to get the true stress-true strain curve from the displacement-load diagram of material tensile test machine, a software for getting that curve of the material in high-temperature tensile condition was developed. By using this software, what need to do is inputting the parameters such as the displacement and load of the tensile test machine, and the initial radius, extension rate, sectional contraction rate, and standard distance of the specimen only. The result showed that, by using this software, the true stress-true strain curve of materials in high-temperature tensile condition could accurately be obtained and the difficulty that the extensometer could not be added in high-temperature test condition was overcome. A data base of true stress-true strain curves was set up for partial metallic materials. Engineers and technicians may use this software (TTCAS) to analyze the mechanical performance of material tension in high temperature condition.
