摘要
目的探讨肛门后位切开术治疗肛裂的疗效.方法选择2005年至今在吉林市中西医结合肛肠医院住院治疗的106例患者,采用肛门后位切开栉膜带挑出切断术（简称肛门后位切开术）治疗肛裂.结果本组患者治愈105例,占99.26%,好转1例,占0.74%,总有效率100%.其中88例随访1 a复发1例,106例均未出现术后并发症.结论肛门后位切开栉膜带挑出切断术疗效确切,经济方便,值得在临床中推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of fissure treated by anus posterior incision. Method with fissure in our hospital were chosen to adopt anus posterior incision. Results 105 eases cured accounted for 99.26% ,one case improved, accounted for 0.74%, total effective rate was 100%. followed up one year, 106 cases of post-operative complications were not occurred.
