摘要
分别以幼树1a生木质化、大树1a生半木质化和2a生木质化枝条为材料,将3种生根剂ABT、911、IAA配成500,200,100,0mg/kg的浓度梯度,分别快蘸5s、浸泡12h和20h,研究乌桕插条生根率、生根数量、生根长度与不同生根剂类型、不同浓度及浸泡时间长短的关系。试验结果表明:911生根剂100mg/kg浸泡20h的半木质化嫩枝平均生根率为72.2%,1a生木质化硬枝911生根剂500mg/kg快蘸5s大田扦插的平均生根率为82.2%,根数达9.0根;半木质化嫩枝911生根剂200mg/kg浸泡12h的平均生根数达3.9根,不同浓度生根剂和浸泡时间对根系长度无显著影响。
One-year lignified seedlings,one-year semi-lignification tress and two-year lignified branches were soaked with the ABT,911, IAA rooting agent with the concentration of 500, 200, 100 mg/kg for 5 seconds, 12 hours and 20 hours. The relation of the rooting rate, the rooting number, the rooting length and the types of rooting agent , the concentration of rooting agent and soaking time were studied. The results indicated that semi-lignifcation branches were soaked with "911" rooting agent 100 mg/kg for 20 hours that rooting rate was 72.2% ,one-year lignified branches are soaked "911" rooting agent 500 mg/kg for 5 seconds in field euttage that rooting rate was 82.2 %, root numbers are 9.0, semi-lignification branches are soaked "911", the average rooting numbers reached 3.9 by 200 mg/kg for 12 hours ,the different rooting agent concentrations and soaking times has no extremely siginificant with rooting height.
