摘要
本文在纵观中国各阶段的语言政策并结合新疆语言政策表现形式的基础上,探索了新疆语言政策的三个特点,以及新疆多民族社会环境中语言的双向互动。在新疆,无论是宏观层面的社会政策法制环境,还是微观层面的各民族之间的交往需要,都保障了语言学习之间的双向互动。
This paper first makes a general view of language policies in different periods in China,and then,discusses three characteristics of language policy in Xinjiang and two-way interaction of languages in the multi-national social environment of Xinjiang on the basis of its language policies.In Xinjiang, two-way interaction in language learning has been safeguarded by both social policies and rules and needs of communication among different nationalities.
