摘要
目的:研究连翘籽的化学成分。方法:采用乙醇提取,硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,采用理化数据和光谱法鉴定化学成分的结构。结果:共分离得到了7个化合物,分别鉴定为β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(Ⅰ)、20(S)-达玛烷-24-烯-3β,20-二醇-3-乙酸酯(Ⅱ)、18-去甲基-5α,20ε-去氧胆酸,3β-20-二羟基-4,4,8,14-四甲基-γ-内酯,乙酸酯(Ⅲ)、20S,24S-环氧达玛烷-25-醇-3α-羟基乙酸酯(Ⅳ)、白桦酯酸(Ⅴ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅵ)、八氢-1H,5H-二吡咯[1,2-a:1′,2′-d]吡嗪(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物ⅠⅦ均为首次从连翘籽中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅶ为一种新的天然化合物。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the seed of Forsythia suspense.Methods: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20;Their structures were identified by spectral data and other methods.Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β-Amyrin acetate(Ⅰ);20(S)-Dammar-24-ene-3β,20-diol-3-acetate(Ⅱ);18-nor-5α,20ε-cholanic acid,3β-20-dihydroxy-4,4,8,14-tetramethyl-γ-lactone,acetate(Ⅲ);20S,24S-epoxydammarane-25-ol-3α-yl acetate(Ⅳ);betulinic acid(Ⅴ);protocatechuic acid(Ⅵ);octahydro-1H,5H-dipyrrolo[1,2-a:1′,2′-d]pyrazine(Ⅶ).Conclusion: CompoundⅠ~Ⅶ are isolated from the seed of Forsythia suspense for the first time,and compound Ⅶ is a new natural compound.
