摘要
在对防突风门技术现状进行分析的基础上,结合平煤六矿突出掘进工作面运输系统的工作情况,对带式输送机直接穿越防突风门自动控风、防逆流装置替代40T型刮板输送机技术进行研究,详细介绍了整个保护系统的设计原理。该新型防突风门的应用解决了施工过程中40T型刮板输送机带来的安全隐患以及故障率高、投入费用大、制约生产进度、运输劳动强度大等技术难题,不仅保证了安全生产,而且降低了掘进成本。
Based on the classification on the present status of the ventilation door outburst prevention technology, in combination with the operation conditions of the transportation system in the outburst gateway driving face of No. 6 Mine, Pingdingshan Coal Mining, a, study on the technology for the belt conveyor directly passing through the outburst prevention ventilation door with auto ventilation control and air re- verse prevention device replacing with the 40T scraper conveyor was conducted and the paper introduced the design principle of the whole protection system. The application of the new outburst prevention ventilation door had overcome the safety hidden danger occurred from the 40T scraper conveyor during the construction period, as well as the high fault rate, high investment cost, restricted production schedule, high labor strength and other technical problems, which could ensure the safety productionand reduce the gateway driving cost.
