摘要
分别在2005年的夏季(6月)、秋季(10月)、冬季(1月)和2006的春季(3月),对感、抗性不同的猕猴桃品种的1年生枝条韧皮部酚含量、SOD、POD活性与抗病性表现进行了相关性研究,结果表明:夏、秋、春季酚含量与相对感病指数都存在线性相关,相关系数分别为-0.873,-0.863,-0.801,线性方程分别为Y=14.224-0.429X,Y=6.293-0.133X,Y=5.808-0.120X,且达到显著水平;而SOD、POD活性与抗病性之间均仅有一次存在相关性。说明,酚可以作为猕猴桃溃疡病抗病鉴定的指标。
The relationships among the phenolics content,POD and SOD activities of branch （phloem）of Kiwifruit with different resistance to Pseuomonas syringae pv.actinidae in the four seasons of the year（January,June,October,2005,and March,2006）were studed.The result showed that： the phenolics content linearity correlates with the disease index of the plant in summer,autumn and spring existed.Their correlation coefficients were-0.873,-0.863 and-0.801 respectively.The linearity equation were Y=14.224-0.429x,Y=6.293-0.133x,Y=5.808-0.120x respectively.They reached the significant level.The correlation among SOD,POD activities and resistant was for only once,it showed that phenolics could be taken as the index for determining the resistance to Pseuomonas syringae pv.actinidae
