摘要
针对蒸馏水生产过程中电导率与温度的耦合现象,以及热交换过程的工艺特点和要求,提出采用计算机与神经元控制相结合,组成具有解耦能力的智能控制器。仿真研究表明,该控制器能满足工艺要求,具有良好的鲁棒性。
Aiming at the coupling phenomenon of the conductivity and temperature in distilled water process, and the technique features and demands of heat exchanging process, the intelligent controller with de-coupling capability is stated. The controller is composed of computer and neuron technologies. The results of simulation show that the controller can meet the requirement of the technique and possess good robustness.
