摘要
针对自来水厂加药絮凝过程这一难控对象,采用了无模型自适应控制技术(MFA),以克服该过程的大惯性、大时滞、非线性和时变性等。无模型自适应控制系统已应用于广东省佛山市某水厂中试装置中,进行了大量的基于MFA的反馈控制和前馈-反馈复合控制的抗干扰实验。实验结果表明采用基于MFA的反馈加前馈的控制策略较好地克服了源水流量的波动以及源水浊度的干扰,取得良好的控制效果,可望进一步应用在生产规模的装置中。
Model Free Adaptive (MFA) controller can be used in dosing coagulation process of water plant which is a non - linear and time - variant process with a large time constant and large dead time. This control system has been applied in the pilot plant of a water plant in Foshan, Guangdong. Experiments have been conducted by pure feedback control system and feedforward -feedback control system, which showed feedforward -feedback control system based on MFA can overcome the disturbances of flow rate and the turbidity and obtain good performances. This control system is hopeful to have a further application in the industrial devices.
