摘要
对近代中国股票市场研究的文献可以归纳为五个方面:对企业和行业的研究;对交易中介的研究;对市场制度的研究;对交易行情的研究;对近代股票市场产生原因、发展演变规律的研究。上述研究范围宽泛,史料丰富,资料全面。借鉴上述研究可以总结出近代股票市场问题进一步研究的主要方向:融资现代化的渐进过程与规律,弄清"传统内源融资(自我积攒)——传统外源融资(亲友圈融资)——现代融资(资本市场融资)"的严谨过程,估算各时点上现代融资占融资总额的比重,从而对中国资本市场现代化进程做一数量化的描述和经济学逻辑的解释。研究清楚近代中国的融资现代化机制,就在很大程度上解释了近代中国的宏观经济运行和周期波动,是有重大学术价值的。
The research literature on stock market in modern China can be summarized in five aspects： （i） the research on enterprises and industries, （ii） the research on exchange intermediaries, （iii） the research on the market system, （iv） the research on stock market quotation, （v） the research on the causes, development and evolution of modem stock market. These studies are characterized by broad scope, rich historical data and enough information. According to the above- mentioned research, we can find the problems with the current stock market and make sure the main directions in further research： namely the issue regarding the gradual process and rules of financial modernization. Specifically, it is worthwhile to figure out the rigorous process of financing, the traditional internal financing （self-accumulation） -- the traditional external financing （raising funds from relatives and friends） -- modern financing （financing in capital market）, and to estimate the proportion of modern financing in the total financing at each time point, in order to have a quantitative description and an economic logical explanation of the modemization process of China＇s capital market. To make a study as such can largely explain China＇s macro-economic operation and cyclical fluctuations, which is of great academic value.
