摘要
针对复合循环功能在数控车削加工中的重要应用,以FANUC-0i数控系统中复合车削循环功能G71、G73、G70为研究对象,采用对比方式详细分析复合粗车循环功能G71、G73的切削原理和走刀过程,并给出复合粗、精车循环功能指令在实际加工中的应用及仿真结果。加工实践表明:正确采用复合车削循环功能进行零件粗、精加工,效率高,精度好。
According to the important application of combined cycle function in CNC turning and looking upon combined cycle function instruction G71,G73 and G70 in CNC turning of the FANUC-0i CNC system as research object, the cutting principle and process of combined turning cycle function were discussed in detail by using analogical pattern method. A real machining application and simulation result were also proposed in this paper, which showed that adopting combined cycle function appropriately has high efficiency and precision while machining any works.
