摘要
利用摆线原理加工正多边形零件是一种新方法。以正多边形零件连续加工为研究对象,利用Matlab软件分析摆线方程中各参数对摆线形状的影响,研究摆线逼近直线的逼近规律及其误差分布,对多边形零件进行了计算分析,计算出加工误差满足精度要求,证明了利用摆线原理加工多边形零件的可行性。
It is a new method to process regular polygon parts using cycloid principle. This paper studies the continuously machining of regular polygon parts, analyzes the influence of cycloid parameters in the cycloid equation on its shape using M atlab, makes a research on the approached rule of the cycloid - approached beeline and the error distribution. By computing and analyzing the regular polygon parts, it computed machining error meets the requirement of precision. It has been proved feasibility by using cycloid principle to process polygon components.
