摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将110例手足口病患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予利巴韦林、大剂量VitC等治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上结合宣化解毒饮治疗,观察临床症状的变化、痊愈时间、临床疗效及并发症的发生并进行分析。结果:观察组临床症状消失快、痊愈时间缩短、并发症少。结论:中西医结合治疗手足口病可缩短病程、热退及皮疹消退时间缩短,疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of young child Hand Foot and Mouth disease by the cooperation of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods ： 110 examples hand foot and mouth sickness were divided into observation group and control group randomlyo Layman large dose VitC etc. were used in control group,while western medicine and Xuanhua Detoxifies Drinks were used in observation group. Then the clinical symptoms change, recover time, clinical effect were observation and the complication occurrence were analysed. Results ： The clinical symptoms of observation group vanish quickly, the recover time shortens, the complication are few. Conclusion ： The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment Hand Foot and Mouth Disease can shorten the course of diseases,the time of fever bringing down and rash disappearance, and the curative effect surpasses the western medicine only obviously.
