摘要
目的:探讨小儿手足口病(HFMD)的中医诊治方法。方法:对2008年春夏季节在我区流行的小儿手足口病患儿114例进行临床观察,并按传统医学中"湿温病"进行论治。结果:经临床观察,发现该病的中医证型分布情况中,属邪伤肺卫者85例,占74.56%;卫气同病者27例,占23.68%;气营两燔者2例,占1.75%。通过中药内外共同施治,114例患儿中临床痊愈105例,有效9例。结论:中医药辨证、内外兼治本病尤其是一般病例,疗效确切,值得临床推广运用。
Objective：To explore thd chitdren hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD） in Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment. Methods ： The 2008 spring and stunmer in our region of the Pediatric hand ,foot and mouth disease epidemic of 114 cases of children in clinical observations and traditional medicine in the ＂wet warm disease＂ theory of governance. Results：After clinical observation of the disease found in the distribution of TCM syndromes are evil Guardian of the 85 eases of lung injury accounting for 74. 56% ;Wei-qi with the disease in 27 cases of the total 23.68% ;gas business in two eases of two bum 1.75% of the total. By traditional Chinese medicine within the governing law and the external treatment of common and giving of treatment, 114 cases of children with clinical recovery in 105 cases, effective in 9 cases. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation, Internal and External cases of this disease, especially in general, curative effect, Be considered for clinical use.
