摘要
目的对重型颅脑损伤并发症的护理，在于防止或及时发现并治疗可致脑损害加重的继发性损害因素。方法通过对颅内高压的预防及护理，以及对消化系统、泌尿系统、呼吸系统并发症的预防及护理，提高病人的生存能力。结果病人和家属能配合治疗与护理，尽可能减少并发症发生。结论提高了医疗护理质量，减少了病员的死亡率及致残率。
Objective To nurse the complications of severe traumatic Brain injury is to prevert , timely discover and treat the secondary damage factors which may lead to the aggravation. Method To improve patient＇ s viability by preventing and nursing intracranial hypertersion and its complications of digestive system. ＇ Urinary syestem and respiratory system. Result To try to reduce possibily of its complications by treating and nursing with the cooperation of patients and his family deperdant. Conclusion To improve the quality of treating and nursing To reduce patient＇ s death rate and disability rate.
