摘要
新中国成立60年来,江苏经济实现了从半殖民地半封建经济到社会主义经济、从计划经济到社会主义市场经济,从封闭半封闭经济到开放型经济、从农业省到工业大省经济大省、从贫困到总体小康的历史性巨变。这60年,江苏经济的运行与发展,经历计划经济和社会主义市场经济两大历史时期,经过两个三年调整和十一个五年计划,经济发展从总量扩张、产业成长、物质财富增加、综合财力增强、城乡面貌改善、人民生活提高多方面取得辉煌成就。这60年,江苏经济运行与发展,历经9个波动周期,曲折前行,既深深烙印国家主旋律,又有自身的特点或特色。这60年,江苏经济运行发展与改革开放,积累了丰富的经验,提供许多启示借鉴。展望未来,江苏经济的前景光明美好,挑战与机遇并存,必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,努力实现经济向消费拉动型经济、服务型经济、原始创新为主的自主创新型经济以及健全成熟社会主义市场经济的战略性升级与转型。
Since the foundation of new China 60 years ago, Jiangsu economy has seen historic tremendous changes from semi-colonized and semi-feudal economy to socialist economy, from plan economy to socialist market economy, from closed and semi-closed economy to open economy, from the province of agriculture to the big province of industry and big province of econ- omy, as well as from poverty to general well-off. In these 60 years, the operation and development of Jiangsu economy has ex- perienced two historic periods of plan economy and socialist market economy, two three-year adjustments and eleven five-year plans, and its economic development has obtained glorious achievements in expansion of total amount, industry growing up, material property increase, comprehensive financial strength, urban and rural improvement, as well as in increase of people＇ s daily life. In these 60 years, the operation and development of Jiangsu economy having suffered from nine fluctuation periods, has unevenly marched on, being ironed with the main national melody, yet dotted with its own characteristics. In these 60 years, the operation and development of Jiangsu economy and its reform and opening up, have accumulated rich experiences and provided a lot of enlightenment. Looking forward, Jiangsu economy has a bright and beautiful future, yet with challenges and opportunities co-existing, therefore, necessity should focus on the conduct of scientific developmental view, on taking pains to achieve strategic upgrading and transformation of economy oriented to the economy of consumption pull, service economy, self-innovative economy centered on original innovation, and healthy and mature socialist market economy.
