ISO9000族标准是世界上许多经济发达国家质量管理实践经验的科学总结,真心贯彻ISO9001:2000标准是提高高校后勤集团的服务质量和管理水平,实现后勤服务规范化、标准化的有效途径。高校后勤集团实施贯标只有确立先进的贯标理念,提出明确的贯标要求,真心开展贯标工作,才能确保贯标成功。
ISO9000 series standard is a scientific summary of quality management practice in the developed countries. The introduction of the standard of ISO9001 ： 2000 is to improve the standardization of logistics service and management, which is an effective way to realize logistics standardization services. The advanced concepts and clear requirements are crucially significant to carry out the standards implementation, and to achieve the success of standards implementation in the university logistics services.
