摘要
目的探讨中老年脂肪肝的发病及与相关性疾病高脂血症I、I型糖尿病、高血压、高尿酸血症的关系。方法对我院2008年体检中心481例年龄≥50岁机关干部进行询问病史,查体及血生化B超检查并分组进行比较。结果中老年脂肪肝常与高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病、高尿酸血症合并存在,严重危害中老年人的健康。
Objective To research the relationship between the reason of fatty liver in middle-aged and old people witch related diseases as hyperlipernia （HI.P）, type Ⅱdiabetes, hypertension and hyperuricemia （HUA）. Methods Analysed the 481 government officers,who was over 50 years old,done health checkup in my hospital during 2008 by asking disease history, physical examination, blood biochemical examination and B ultrasonic detection. Results Fatty liver usually co-exists with HLP, diabetes, hypertension and HUA. It＇s very harmful to health in middle-aged and old people.
