摘要
利用现代计算机应用技术,在全面调查分析白酒生产过程的酿造、贮存、勾兑等关键生产工序流程的基础上,成功开发出了集酒库管理、勾兑优化、调味优化、计划管理、辅助计算等功能于一体的网络化管理软件——"白酒勾贮优化管理系统",使CAD技术在传统白酒生产、产品设计中得到了充分应用,促进了白酒企业向"落实科学发展观、实现可持续发展"的新发展,为企业带来了更大的经济和社会效益。
Liquor blending & storage optimization management system, a network management software incorporating liquor cellar management, blending optimization, flavoring optimization, planning management and auxilliary calculation functions, was successfully developed based on comprehensive survey on and anlysis of the key production procedures including fermentation, storage and blending etc. by use of modem com- puter application techniques. As a result, conventional CAD was fully used in liquor production and product design, which could advance scientific and sustainable development of distilleries and bring huge economic and social benifits for enterprises.
