摘要
Mg-20Al-0.8Zn是一种半固态成形用镁合金。本文采用0.75%Sb对其进行变质处理,研究了变质剂及工艺参数对Mg-20Al-0.8Zn镁合金显微组织的影响。结果表明:当Sb含量为0.75%,变质温度为780℃,浇注温度为700℃时,变质细化效果最为明显,合金初生晶由未变质前的210μm降为85μm;合理的变质温度及浇注温度是保证变质效果的重要因素。
0.75%Sb has been used for modifying a new semi-solid forming Mg Alloy Mg-20Al-0.8Zn.The effect of modificator and processing parameter on microstructure of Mg-20Al-0.8Zn Mg alloy have been studied,resulting in that such is obviously on microstructure of this Mg alloy when with Sb content of 0.75%,metamorphic temperature 780℃ and pouring temperature 700℃ that the size of primary crystal changed from 210μm to 85μm;Reasonable metamorphic temperature and pouring temperature was an important factor to ensure the effect of metamorphism.
