前列腺癌组织中环氧合酶-2的表达变化及意义

摘要 目的观察前列腺癌组织中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化法,检测COX-2在45例前列腺癌和15例前列腺增生(BPH)组织中的表达水平。结果前列腺癌组织中COX-2的阳性表达率为82.2%(31/45),BPH组织为26.7%(4/15),两者比较,P<0.01。COX-2的表达随着前列腺癌分化程度的降低而增高,随临床分期的增高而增高。结论COX-2过表达与前列腺癌分化程度、临床分期有关。
