摘要
教育法学是以教育法律问题为研究对象的兼具教育学和法学的应用性学科。教育法学课程的教学目标应是传授基本的教育法律知识、改进思考教育法律问题的方法、培养先进的教育法律思想观念。这些教学目标的实现建立在科学的学生观、正确的教学过程观、高水平的教学团队以及灵活多样的教学方法与手段等课程教学策略变革的基础上。
Educational law is an applied discipline combining both education and law, studying legal issues in education. The objectives of this course are to teach the basic knowledge of educational law, to improve thinking methods, and to foster the advanced ideas. Realization of these objectives shall be based on scientific view of students, reasonable teaching process, expertise teachers, flexible teaching methods and possible changes of teaching strategies.
