摘要
分析了单管高功率LED光针灸的针刺作用和温灸作用机理,并采用自主研制的单管高功率LED针灸仪(输出功率500mW,波长830nm)对人体穴位进行直接照射而模拟传统针灸进行试验.实验结果表明:单管高功率LED光针灸在治疗肩周炎方面效果良好,且治疗时间较短.这种高功率LED光针灸法解决了传统激光针灸的需要光纤传输等固有局限,也解决了低功率LED阵列光源疗法照射时间长的局限.
The principle of light acupuncture of high power light emitting diode (LED), the acupuncture effect and moxibustion effect, were analyzed. Single-tube high power LED (power 500 row, wavelength 830 nm) was used to irradiate human acu-point to simulate conventional acupuncture. The computed and experimental results indicate that high power LED light acupuncture was useful for periarthritis of shoulder treating and needed shorter time. This high power LED light acupuncture solves the restrictions of laser acupuncture, such as fiber transmission, and the low energy LED array irradiation, long therapy time.
