摘要
本研究以浙江省农民工为主要研究对象并与其他社会群体进行对比。调查显示,农民工的劳资关系现状不容乐观,表现为劳动时间长,工作条件差;对职业关系评价低;劳动合同签订率低;劳资纠纷发生率高。但值得庆幸的是,农民工维权意识较强,而且维权方式倾向理性化。进一步分析显示,合同签订情况、工作安全情况及所在单位上下级关系、生活满意度等因素对于劳资冲突的发生率有一定影响。劳资关系涉及劳方、资方和政府三方,因此,要改善农民工的劳资关系也要从三方着手,三管齐下。
The labor relationship is the basic relationship in a market economy. It has altered dramatically over time and has become especially complicated since China's reform and opening-up. As a processing type,export-oriented and private enterprise constituting the major part of the economy,migrant workers have become the predominant labor force of Zhejiang. Therefore the labor relationship of migrant workers has become very important. This article analyses the situation of migrant workers and compares them with other social groups. The analysis indicates that the current labor relationship of migrant workers is not optimistic:working hours are very long,working conditions are often poor; working relationships are not considered highly evaluation; the rate of contract signing is low; the rate of conflicts between labor and capital is high. But the good news is that migrant workers have a strong sense of labor rights,and their activists tend to be rationally motivated. Further analysis reveals that the rates of signing contracts,the safety conditions of workplaces,the relationship between superior-subordinates,and life satisfaction levels all influence the frequency of labor conflicts. Labor relationships involve employees,employers and the government,so the mechanism of harmonizing and coordinating these relationships needs the active participation of all these parties.
