摘要
为探讨海洛因滥用后对血液系统的危害，我们给１３例烫吸海洛因依赖者做血红蛋白、血清铁、骨髓细胞内、外铁测定及骨髓幼红细胞形态学观察。结果表明：５例（３８．５％）血清蛋白低于正常值，５例（３８．５％）血清铁下降，３例（２３．１％）骨髓红细胞外铁消失，４例（３０．８％）骨髓细胞内铁减少，３例（２３．１％）骨髓中、晚幼红细胞个体小胞浆蓝，边缘不整齐，核固缩呈典型缺铁性贫血改变。１例红系统巨幼样变，提示红细胞核ＤＮＡ合成受限。因此。
In order to find out the change of blood system in heroin addicts, the hemoglobin, serum iron, marrow iron and myelogram in 13 inhaling heroin addicts were studied. The results showed that (1) the hemoglobin of 5 addicts (38.5%) was at the low range of the normal amount; (2) the serum iron of 5 addicts (38.5%)decreased; (3) the extra-erythrocytic iron of 3 addicts (23.1%) disappeared; (4) the side roblast of 4 addicts (30.8%) reduced; (5) pycnotic nuclei and scanty cytoplasm were small in size which were deeply stained and had irregular margins in 3 addicts;and (6) the red cell system of 1 addict had low-grade megaloblastoid changes, which suggested that the deoxgribonucleic synthesis of red cell nucleus was blocked. Therefore, we must complement ferralium and folic for heroin addicts which will be helpful for rehabilitation.
