摘要
建立了原子荧光光谱法测定环境水样中痕量锌的分析方法,研究了新的锌蒸气发生体系。实验结果表明,适量的二苯胺和镍(Ⅱ)离子对锌的蒸汽发生效率具有明显的增强作用。实验优化了测定锌的仪器参数及化学条件。方法的检出限为0.2μg/L,线性范围为1~200μg/L,相对标准偏差为6.35%。用该法测定了武汉市东湖水样中锌的含量,加标回收率为95.0%~105.0%,取得了满意的结果。
A new method for determination of zinc in environmental water samples by atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the presence of boron hydrogenation sodium-diphenylamine-nickel ion was established. It was found that diphenylamine and nickel ion could enhance the signal of zinc obviously. The experimental parameters were optimized. The detection limit of this method is 0.2μg/L, the liner range is 1 - 200μg/L and the RSD of determination is 6.35 %. in application of this method to analyze the zinc in the environmental water samples, the recoveries are in the range of 95.0%-105.0%.
