摘要
用于测试电动工具手柄作用于人手的压力,基于薄膜式电阻传感器技术,实现手柄压力数据的多点采集、实时显示与存储,为电动工具手柄舒适性测试提供了设备支持。本文重点论述了该系统压力信号由人手到PC机显示应力云图的信息流过程,对其难点做了一定的分析,如带有噪声的压力信号的滤波算法,使抖动信号变得稳定的稳定算法。并对其关键点——手形应力云图的制作做了比较深入的研究,最后给出了2路测试结果。
The device based on thin-film resistor sensor technology, the handle pressure of the multi-point data acquisition, real-time display and storage can be applied for the electric tool handles a comfortable testing. This article focuses on info fluid process of the pressure signal from the people hand to the PC-stress cloud map, to analyze its difficulty in certain extent, such as the pressure signal with a noise filter algorithm, to make jitter signal become stable algorithm. And to the key points the production of hand-shaped stress cloud map has done a more deeper research, and finally obtains two-path (points) test results.
