摘要
根据所提出的基于石蜡速凝特性的陶瓷零件快速成型技术,在此基础上设计出了新型陶瓷快速成型机,包括:铺料台升降装置、料斗x方向运动丝杠导轨、铺料台、料斗x方向运动辅助导轨、料斗刮板装置、料斗装置等6个模块。用Pro/E建立了成型机各部件的三维模型,然后根据各部件的约束关系及成型机的运动要求进行虚拟装配,设置机构的运动参数进行运动访真,得出铺料机构的仿真运动过程,通过干涉检查等判断,确认了设计结果并无运动干涉,符合成型运动要求。
According to the paraffin-based characteristics rapid prototyping machine, including the workbench of rapid prototyping of ceramic parts, designed a new ceramic lifting device, hopper screw rail of x direction, workbench, assistant hopper rail of x direction, hopper scraper device, hopper device and so on. Using Pro/E to establish the 3D models of various parts of the machine, then according to the relationship between the parts and the request of the movement to assemble, set the parameters and simulate the movements. On the basis of the interference checking, no interference occurred between parts, and in line with the requirements of forming movement.
