摘要
目的调查、分析孕期运动教学对孕妇孕期运动依从性的影响,为孕期运动的临床实践及促进工作提出建议。方法选择我市6所孕妇学校及26名教员,对孕期运动教学情况进行采访;并随机选择100例完成孕期教育的孕妇进行回顾性调查,统计孕期运动相关知识掌握情况及孕期运动依从情况;复习国内相关文献进行分析。结果我市6所学校孕期运动教学均已开展,孕妇学校在规范孕期运动教学方面尚存不足;按推荐处方运动者对孕期运动相关的六项相关知识的掌握明显高于未按推荐处方运动者,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论促进孕期运动还需进一步规范孕妇学校的建设与教学,提高孕妇孕期运动的相关认知,从而提高孕期运动科学性。
Objective:To Investigate and analyze the eomplianee of sports teaehing during pregnancy. Methods: 26 teachers from six pregnancy schools were visited about sports teaching during pregnancy.One hundred pregnant women who had graduated from these schools were randomly selected to be retrospectively investigated.Their mastery of sports knowledge during pregnancy and compliance were investigated by questionnaire.Results:All the pregnancy schools had carried out the sports teaching during pregnancy.The results showed there were deficiency in the normative teaching of these schools, and the mastery of sports knowledge of pregnancy women with good compliance were higher than that with poor eomplieanee(P〈0.01). Conclusions: The teaching of pregnancy schools should be further perfected in order to promote exercises during pregnancy and increase the mastery of sports knowledge.
