摘要
面对各类情报信息，如何增强各类情报信息应用系统的功能，有效地整合情报信息资源，快速做出反应，已成为公安部门急待解决的问题。由于信息的复杂性，在警务信息系统的软件开发过程中，需求工程就是很关键的一个环节，对后期的开发及推广使用起着至关重要的作用。通过对该领域需求工程的研究可以有效地改善软件开发成本高、质量低、管理难度大的问题，从而开发出高质量的信息化软件系统。
